Gooloo ("we", "our", or "the Service") provides a bridge between AI agents and Google services, including Gmail and Google Workspace files.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Gooloo is designed to operate without storing personal information or user content.

2. Information We Access

When you sign in with Google, Gooloo uses Google's authentication services to verify your identity and authorize access to the Google services you choose to connect.

Depending on the permissions you grant, Gooloo may facilitate access to:

• Gmail messages and related email information.

• Google Drive files and Google Workspace documents.

• Basic Google account information necessary for authentication.

We access only the information required to provide the functionality you authorize.

3. Information Storage

Gooloo does not store user information.

We do not maintain a database of user accounts, store personal information, or retain copies of your emails, documents, or other Google data.

Information required to process authorized requests is handled transiently and is not retained by Gooloo.

4. Information Sharing

Gooloo does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or other unrelated third parties.

When you explicitly authorize an AI agent to access your Google services through Gooloo, the information necessary to fulfill that request may be transmitted to that agent. Gooloo does not control how independently operated AI agents handle information they receive.

We do not otherwise disclose your Google user data to third parties.

5. How We Use Google User Data

Google user data is used exclusively to provide the functionality requested and authorized by you.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or training artificial intelligence models.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Gooloo does not retain personal information, Gmail content, or Google Workspace files. Consequently, there is no stored user data to delete from our systems.

You may revoke Gooloo's access at any time through your Google Account security settings.

7. Security

Gooloo uses Google's authentication and authorization mechanisms to validate access. Your Google password is never provided to Gooloo.

Access to Google services is limited to the permissions you authorize through Google.

8. Third-Party Services

Gooloo integrates with Google services, which are subject to Google's own privacy policies and terms.

AI agents connected through Gooloo may also have their own privacy policies and data-handling practices. We recommend reviewing those policies before granting access to personal information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Service or applicable requirements. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
